I just set up my new netduma R2 trying to access it on my laptop and when I put in the the IP address it doesn't want to load up it keep saying failed to open page.

Looks like you've entered 'www' at the start of the address, remove that and you should be able to get to the interface.

If not, how are you connected to the R2? Over wired or Wi-Fi?

If you check on your laptop, is it getting an IP address like 192.168.77.x ? Is it connected to one of the LAN ports or the internet port?

Okay so on your PC, check if you're getting an IP so go into your PC WiFi settings and see what it shows please. You're getting internet so have you already been through the setup wizard?

If you go to 192.168.1.1 in your web browser what does that take you to?
