When I go to Traffic Prioritization in the Qos settings it doesn't allow me to choose  a traffic type. I tried factory resetting the rputer but that didnt work. Here's what it looks.

Okay, thought xr1000 came with 3.0.

Are you using the XR700 or the XR1000? What firmware version does it list in the top right of the interface?

Are you viewing this from within the QoS rapp or from the Dashboard view?

Could you please check from within the QoS rapp if you're not looking there.

I clicked on it, this is what it shows. Adding any device to the traffic doesn't have the option to choose traffic type.

Clear your browser cache/cookies, then refresh the page and see if it shows then, it may have cached the old view.

I cleared the cache/ cookies on both Edge and Chrome, even download Firefox to try it but still not allowing me to choose traffic type.

Could you take a screenshot of the System Information page please? Also did it previously show but suddenly stopped?

Do you know when it changed exactly? If you have the Traffic Prio panel pinned to the dashboard can you unpin it then recheck please

I don't know when it changed, but I had the router less than two weeks. I unpin it and still doesn't allow.

When clicking on the link http://routerlogin.net  it says Not secure. Clicking on http://192.168.1.1 take me to http://192.168.1.xn--1-4ba/ and does nothing.

Yeah you can just click through the warnings, it's just saying that because it's HTTP. The interface is only accessible from LAN so it's still secure.

Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.

Could you downgrade to the previous version followed by a factory reset please and see if it appears on that version?
