Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 27, 2022 Administrators Share Posted June 27, 2022 It's because you're not on the 3.0 firmware, we're working on it to get a version out that isn't the beta
Brigadier
Okay, thought xr1000 came with 3.0.

Netduma Liam
Are you viewing this from within the QoS rapp or from the Dashboard view? Could you please check from within the QoS rapp if you're not looking there.
Brigadier
How do I view it from the Qos rapp?

Brigadier
I clicked on it, this is what it shows. Adding any device to the traffic doesn't have the option to choose traffic type.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 30, 2022 Administrators Share Posted June 30, 2022 Clear your browser cache/cookies, then refresh the page and see if it shows then, it may have cached the old view.
Brigadier
I cleared the cache/ cookies on both Edge and Chrome, even download Firefox to try it but still not allowing me to choose traffic type.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 30, 2022 Administrators Share Posted June 30, 2022 Do you know when it changed exactly? If you have the Traffic Prio panel pinned to the dashboard can you unpin it then recheck please
Brigadier
I don't know when it changed, but I had the router less than two weeks. I unpin it and still doesn't allow.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 30, 2022 Administrators Share Posted June 30, 2022 Are you using an browser based Adblocker? How are you accessing the interface using HTTPS or HTTP? Some browsers force HTTPS so try forcing HTTP with both: http://routerlogin.net & http://192.168.1.1 and see if that makes any difference.
Brigadier
When clicking on the link http://routerlogin.net it says Not secure. Clicking on http://192.168.1.1 take me to http://192.168.1.xn--1-4ba/ and does nothing.

The interface is only accessible from LAN so it's still secure.
Brigadier
Yeah, I clicked on it and traffic type doesn't show up.
