i have notice with call of duty it’s impossible for my game plays to improve. Playing in the uk would benefit me at all? I live on the west coast of Canada. California servers don’t treat me well when majority of the servers are p2p! 

My king is super low with no latency at all! During my losing gunfights I get pack loss from the enemy though. 
 

any suggestions?

Some people do prefer to play on further away servers, they believe it benefits them with lag compensation so it is certainly something you could try.

Try it and be amazed how unfair cod is.

Once you see it you can't unsee it, not even a fair fight.

I quit cod and don't plan on coming back. Sbmm is the worst in the genre
