DumaOS will not completely Load

Recommended Posts

I have had this problem continuously, I have tried Chrome, Microsoft and firefox. I can not get my DumasOS to load, I have cleared cache, reboot router changed the port on the from modem to router. I factory rest still can only get somethings to load but still never can get QoS to load. I have tired to manually update the router with the latest version. I used my mobile browsers also and still nothing. My modem is Netgear and so is my router so what more can I do to get this to work?

I have XR1000 Wifi 6 Gaming router, with firmware Version 1.0.0.64_1.0.49 and DumasOS version 3.1.1.

What device are you using to access the interface? Are you using Armor by any chance? When you did a factory reset how did you do it via interface or the physical button? - If the button how long did you hold it for?

Please do a factory reset via the interface, wait 2 minutes then access, go through the wizard and see if everything loads. If doing a physical reset the button should be held for 30 seconds to do a full reset.

If it still doesn't work after that please disable Armor, reboot the router, wait 2 minutes and then check.

I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-from-the-Microsoft-Windows-Command-Prompt?article=000059634
