Trying to use a VPN service that doesnt have OPENVPN files to add to the Hybrid VPN and then use that on my Xbox somehow.

Welcome to the forum!

You'll actually want to use the Hybrid VPN feature for this, not the VPN service.

This allows you to configure the VPN on your router, then you can choose which devices on the network get routed through the VPN.

For information on how to set this up, check out this article: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000087492--dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-hybrid-vpn

Hi @Netduma Liam cheers for the reply.
My issue is, I cant add the VPN to the Hybrid VPN as there are no configs to copy and paste into the advanced section. So I was wondering if there was another work around where I could almost 're-route' it from my Laptop to the Xbox via the router?

Are you trying to make a VPN connection or do you have a VPN subscription?

You can bridge the connection from your PC to the Xbox but you'd need to have a look online for tutorials on how to do that.

I have a subscription already, but the service doesn't have/wont supply the Open VPN files for them.

Thats via mobile hotspot sort of thing isnt it?

I was hoping the geniuses here may know of a way to do it via the router that's all.

What is the VPN provider you're using? Possibly but I know you can wire the Xbox into the PC and the PC has internet via WiFi and you can bridge it that way. No way to do it via the router unfortunately.

There's a couple I want to try it with, the usual sbmmoff, botlobbies.com and so on.

I may look into that and see I can make it work that way then.
