ok update.

Factory reseted xr500 through reset on back. Updated latest version (v2.3.2.134)

On ISP interface settings under LAN selected bridged mode. Online like 1 minute, then offline on wireless devices and LAN cable devices for like 3 minutes. Then the cycle goes on.

Kinda bummed with the new ISP modem.

Used this option. Got finally open nat on game. Bullets register way better now that i cannot put my modem on bridged NAT under LAN settings idk why. Using VLAN. but the problem is i cannot no longer access the Duma Os interface

Not sure I follow, is the modem in router mode or bridge mode? Do you require VLAN for a connection? - Is the XR handling that? What happens when you try to access?

Try accessing via one of these links:

ISP Modem in ROUTED WITH NAT. Turned off wifi bands of 2.4 and 5g because i want to control them through my XR500. What i did was enable  PPPoE/VLAN and chose the 4 LAN ports. Managed to get the nat type open in game and the network envyroment worked better for COD MW Warzone. Having NAT Moderate in game messes up my game way hard. It feels clunky with the movement and you have to hit more shots to kill. it is not a placebo effect im sure of that. The problem is that ive lost access to my Duma Os Interface by attempting to access All of those sites (http://192.168.1.1 , http://10.0.0.1http://routerlogin.net)

Where did you put PPPoE/VLAN on the XR? If so you don't need that with the ISP modem doing the routing and that may be why you can't access anymore so I would suggest you do a factory reset and then don't apply PPPoE/VLAN on the XR.
