R2 internet cut out every 20-30 seconds

Hey I set up my R2 about 1-2 years ago and didn't have issues since. I've just moved house and I have had to reset my R2 and re-enter the PPoE information from my internet provider.

My internet seems to be 'refreshing' every 20-30 seconds.

This is what I can see in the logs, but I don't really know what I'm looking at.

What firmware version are you on currently? Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN Settings and in LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.

At the top right it says R2 3.0.205

I have now disabled IPv6 in LAN/WAN Settings.

I don't understand what you mean by setting the  DHCP range to start at .50

It currently looks like this:image.png.184ce3cc8b79176ed8cc0c966e84ddd0.png

Do you mean to change the .100 to .50 and keep the .250 as it is?

I then have to tick Reserved IP on each device and list them as 192.168.77.2?

Yes that's right for the range, okay first it would be best to upgrade to the latest: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/38047-new-r2-firmware-30394/

Once complete ~5 minutes after upload, do a factory reset and then do the above. Only one device can have .2 so give each device a different number between .2 - .49

It looks like doing the update has fixed the issue itself, without making the additional changes that you recommended.

Now that everything appears to be working, should I still make these additional changes or would I see no difference and should only do if it the issue comes back?

Is it necessary to do the factory reset?

It takes me a while to set everything up as I'm not too good with it all, and finally got it working :D

The cardinal rule is if it isn't broken don't try and fix it! Generally it is recommended to do a factory reset after an upgrade but if the issue is resolved there is no need to rock the boat. Likewise with the above changes no need to do that now. If the issue does come back I would suggest doing the factory reset first, then seeing if it happens again, if it does then the reserved IP and DHCP range changes.
