That looks to be Connection Benchmark misreading the results, what firmware are you currently running? Have you upgraded to the latest since receiving your replacement? It must be your public IP that's banned then, I've looked in our admin settings and your account has no restrictions or bans against it.
Bye Posted May 12, 2022 Author Posted May 12, 2022 Hi Firmware: R2 3.0.394 Yes I think it is the public IP banned but I don't know why... Thx

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 12, 2022 Administrators Posted May 12, 2022 You're getting good speeds from the speedtest.net site from the PC so those are the speeds you'll be getting, you can ignore Benchmark. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? Are ALL devices connected to the R2?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 12, 2022 Administrators Posted May 12, 2022 Ahh understood thank you. Are there other devices connected to the hub? What speeds do you get on speedtest.net on a PC connected to the R2? Can you provide a screenshot of the Device Manager table view? (Click the icon, top left of the Network Map panel and select table view)
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 12, 2022 Administrators Posted May 12, 2022 Great thank you, that explains the issue, the ethernet cables you're using in the internet port and port 1 are limited to 100Mbits - you will need to upgrade the cables to one that supports 1000Mbits like the one you have in port 3. Cat5e or above will be fine.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 12, 2022 Administrators Posted May 12, 2022 Try some different cables, they could be faulty - there are no front facing settings that can affect the speed limit on the port
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 12, 2022 Administrators Posted May 12, 2022 If you use the cable that is showing as 1000Mbits already in the other ports does it change to 1000Mbits for that port?
Bye Posted May 12, 2022 Author Posted May 12, 2022 I don't know why I am banned but can you lift my IP banned to this site? So I can come here without using VPN? Whenever i test the speed I need to turn off and When i need to write here I need to turn on vpn.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 12, 2022 Administrators Posted May 12, 2022 If you use that same cable with a different device you get 100Mbits? Enable remote support in WAN Settings, let us know when you've done that and we can take a look
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 12, 2022 Administrators Posted May 12, 2022 You'll need to tell us what your normal IP is, we can't unban the IP range otherwise, we'll need it to connect to you also
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 12, 2022 Administrators Posted May 12, 2022 Just now, R2_User_KR said: Remote acess enabled Normal IP plz take a look when u do it remotely What is your normal public IP? You can PM it
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 12, 2022 Administrators Posted May 12, 2022 Yes your public IP, so when disconnected from the VPN, go to Google, type my ip and you'll see it
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 12, 2022 Administrators Posted May 12, 2022 Thanks for the IP, I have removed the ban for that now so you should be able to access the forum without the VPN. I've passed it on to a colleague to have a look at the router when they're able to, it may be tomorrow if not today, we will let you know once it's done.
