Can you explain what you mean when you say the router crashes? E.g. can you still access the interface when it happens?

If you go to YouTube on the web browser on your phone instead of the app does it still occur?

Unfortunately the log is wiped after a reset so won't be anything useful there. Could you disconnect all wireless devices other than your phone, then launch Youtube, does it still occur then? Also where is your router situated, is it within close proximity to metal, other wireless devices or even a microwave?

a new problem has appeared the wifi stops and restarts on its own

Could we access your R2 and enable some remote logging? You could then reproduce the issue and we would have a full log of the crash.

If you wouldn't mind, go to Network Settings -> WAN  and enable remote access to tech support. Save settings and let me know when you've done that.
