john102 Posted April 8, 2022 Share Posted April 8, 2022 Hello NetDuma support, I tried to find the closest servers to me in the east coast for vanguard and warzone using the ping heatmap but the ping heatmap doesn't indicate any servers in the whole USA so therefore I can't get a east coast server since that's where I live in the country. Are the COD servers down on NetDuma's end or something because I'm trying to find a close server to me to get good ping lobbies and I can't unfortunately. Any fix for this please? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 8, 2022 Administrators Share Posted April 8, 2022 Ping Heatmap only pings servers, it doesn't impact your ability to connect to servers if they aren't shown there. Resync the heatmap cloud from the icon and then reping and you should see them, you can use the Geo-Filter regardless to then force the east coast.
