error when loading router

i have a xr1000 nihjyhawk router i updated to its new firmware now i get this error message i cant log into my router after update

After an upgrade it's recommended to factory reset as it removes issues that can carry over from the previous version. Do a factory reset, wait 2 minutes and that should resolve it.

Clear your browser cache/cookies, then go on the interface again, refresh and then it should be okay.

no good i try that when i try to sighn in when i click sighn it it says

404 Not Found

The resource you have requested is not available.

How are you trying to access the interface, via 192.168.1.1 or routerlogin.net?

Could you try a different browser entirely?
