Cant set up VPN

Hi team I have a suscription tu Hydemyass vpn but in status it always says failed

Could you please instead try using the advance configuration? To do this, you'll need to go to the HMA website and download an OpenVPN configuration file. Then, follow the steps in the below guide:

Can you provide the configuration file you're using please? We may need to edit it to get it working. Also in the above two screenshots it doesn't look like you saved the Advanced Setup otherwise it would say failed so just double check you're submitting that

Hi, sure, this is the file, but I just noticed that the VPN function on the router might stoped working, because im trying with basic set up again and it does not even say failed it just says not configured... im sending video.

That is odd, when you upgrading to the .394 firmware did you perform a factory reset after? Could you do one now and then see if it will allow you to set up with the config?

Hi, I did the factory reset after the update, but I did it again as you requested, I think it helped because now it says "conecting" but its been "conecting for 10 minutes now.

Try using a different HMA server as it is entirely possible PS have blocked the VPN IP you're using currently, then see if it connects

hi there, I have tried with 6 different countries and like 8 citys of united states and no one seems to work still conection error

Disable the VPN, then turn off the PS completely - not in rest mode, then enable the VPN, turn on the console and see if it connects

Hi there, I changed the VPN provider, from HMA vpn to express VPN and now I have conection buuuuut now I get this error on the geofilter "RPC error 'ERROR_VALIDATION': Validation failed for 'ips'"

 

Any ideas?

Hi,

Having the same issue. Using HMA VPN and just stuck on connecting forever. I VPN stopped working recently and had to update some ports. This fixed the issue, but now when I try and connect it's just stuck on connecting. I haven't changed any settings since I got it working again so not sure exactly what's happening.

Where are you getting that error? Could you remove all your devices from Hybrid VPN then re-add them.
