Welcome to the forum!

Please provide more information:

  1. Are you able to access the DumaOS interface by going to 192.168.77.1 in your web browser?
  2. Do you still have an internet connection through the R2?
  3. If you disconnect it from power for at least ten minutes, then reconnect it, are you able to get to the interface again?
  4. How did you reset the R2 exactly? I'd suggest holding the reset pin on the back for at least thirty seconds.

Set a static IP on the PC with the following details

IP address: 192.168.77.100

Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

Default gateway: 192.168.77.1

If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.77.1 please and see if it works.

When did this start to occur, is it a new router and it happened immediately or was it after changing a setting? Unplug the router from power for 24 hours, plug in, wait 2 minutes then hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes and then try to access (remove the static IP before doing this). We've seen in the past leaving it unplugged for this long can bring it back to life.

I have had the r2 since it came out...This happened 3 days ago while on a video call for work. Letting it sit for 24hrs was the first solution i tried after doing research on this forum.. this was my primary network.. with the eero mesh as my wifi.... i unpluged it and dedicated the eero as the primary so i can troubleshoot the r2... nothing has seemed to work.. can we rma/ exchange.. i had to buy another router from bestbuy because the eero is unable to establish qos nor priorities...
