While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please. Are you able to get to the DumaOS interface? If so, I'd suggest re-installing the latest firmware again, the factory reset the R2. That should resolve the problem for you. The r2 is actually connected to a WiFi extender since I don’t have room for another router in my room but I have tried my isp modem and still same problem but the extender it’s connected to is the tp link n300 older model and I don’t think it needs PPPoE,VLAN or dhcp Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
