I need help. I can't open TCP 1035 port, when I do port check, it says it is "closed". Any ideas?

We're a touch limited in what support we can offer here as this is a part of NETGEAR's settings and not our software. Have you follow the below guide to see if you're solution is here:

Yes, I did exactly the same as the guide is showing. Then it must be broken or something.

Where can I ask for help? Aren't you guys handling the support in Netgear Community?
