Hi, i use PureVPN and as the title, i'm stuck on "connecting" Status of the Hybrid VPN using both Basic and Advanced Setup also in TCP and UDP mode, for the Advanced one i tested the OVPN 2.0 DD-WRT, i also used both credential, log-in and direct vpn credential and also mixed xD, any fix about that? thx in advice (The Firmware is the latest "R2 3.0.394")

same thing, also tested TCP and UDP of the OpenVPN 2.0 Linux, maybe i did something wrong, have i to copy and paste the content inside the .txt file in the "Configuration" section of the Advanced mode, right? (as before no "LOG" generated)

Yes that's right, so I've checked with our own login as well and it doesn't seem to be working, it was working fine so they've likely changed their config. I've tried removing a few lines from the configs but that hasn't worked either. I'll have to pass this on to the team to take a look at, thanks for bringing it to our attention!

Glad been helpful to find this problem, i'll wait an update here about how to fix it 😉 Thx

Hey @ilMedor, welcome to the forum!

I've been having a play around with this and I'm getting some real mixed results. It looks as though some of the domains in the config files aren't resolving.

Could you perhaps try the Hong Kong config file? That one seems to be working OK for me.

If you could confirm your results we can investigate further.

OK thanks for confirming, the only difference between the two configs is the domain so I don't understand why that's failing. I'll pass this on to the VPN dev and see if he's able to tell me.

I'll update you when I know more.

Oh wait, never mind, it's a problem with PureVPNs config file. The domain in the file does not resolve and the OpenVPN desktop client fails to connect using this file.

Perhaps try a few other config files and see if you can find one that's near you and will connect successfully @ilMedor
