Could you please try removing your current device profiles and then reboot the router. After that check if you're still getting the error message and if not re-add your device profile.
Readie Posted March 5, 2022 Author Posted March 5, 2022 Have done so and now this has happened, it occurs every time I re-boot my router. No username/password works. Have had to factory reset my router at-least 5 times due to this, quite annoying to say the least. I'm assuming the only fix is to factory reset everytime? Have seen multiple people have this problem now.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 5, 2022 Administrators Posted March 5, 2022 The default credentials are admin / password but you would have been given a chance to change these in the Setup Wizard, if you skip past it that may be the problem so set it and then it should work from then on but yes if you can't get in you'd need to factory reset.
