Netduma Liam Posted March 8, 2022 Posted March 8, 2022 Could you please do the following: Disconnect the device Go to Device Manager and delete it from Device Manager Go back to Traffic Prio and delete rules pertaining to that device Reconnect the device to the XR500 Re-add your rules to Traffic Prio. Let us know if you have any issues after that.
