new Traffic Prioritization error

Could you please do the following:

  1. Disconnect the device
  2. Go to Device Manager and delete it from Device Manager
  3. Go back to Traffic Prio and delete rules pertaining to that device
  4. Reconnect the device to the XR500
  5. Re-add your rules to Traffic Prio.

Let us know if you have any issues after that.
