Best way to test upload bufferbloat?

So, I read Netduma guide few weeks ago about saturating connection with multiple 4k videos, downloads etc. and then testing congestion control sliders on my XR700 or R2 to get best anti bufferbloat results. I did, that's fine, my connection line in pingplotter is pretty solid while watching few 4k vids on multiple devices.

My qustion is, isn't that method affect only download bufferbloat? What about upload? How to test it as well?

On the R2 you can use the Connection Benchmark to test in the same manner except you don't need to saturate the connection. We often find the same percentage for download/upload works
