Hey everyone I need your help with this one, all of a sudden I cant access the netduma home screen/interface. I have rebooted number of times, I get no error just a white screen. The strange bit is I still have active internet on the netduma cause I can make this post and other devices connected to netduma wired and WIFI cant access the internet.

I swapped out the R2 for R1 same issue, I cant factory reset except hard reset well for R2 is is to disconnected and wait 10mins and try again done the same with the R1 still no joy. Is there a way I can factory reset or installl the lastest update again without access the netduma home screen?

Have rebooted BT hub internet box, desktop and netduma router, factory reset mt BT hub has last option still no luck.

Only way not via to factory reset is using the reset button in the back of the router, if you hold that down for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then you can see if you can access. If its a white screen it may be cache, clear the browser cache/cookies and refresh the page and see if that works.

unplugged R2 for an hour plugged it in and yeah all works now, what could be cause of this? I noticed the router really hot could this be the problem?

It's hard to speculate what the cause could've been. I don't think it'd be overheating though, the R2 is warm but we've stress tested it and it's well within functioning temps for the hardware. Let us know if you run into this issue again.

Its not the first time thou, my very first R2 had this issue it eventually packed up but Fraser was kind enough to arrange for a replacement to be sent out. I would keep an eye on it, just got in from work temperature seems okay.
