Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 17, 2022 Administrators Posted February 17, 2022 Hey, welcome to the forum! What firmware version are you on currently? Double check the IPs on the devices themselves match with the devices you think they are on the Device Manager.

Could you please do the following: Turn off the PS5 if currently powered on or in rest mode Remove the rule from Traffic Prio While the PS5 is offline, remove it from Device Manager Turn on the PS5 Re-add the rule to Traffic Prio with the new PS5 device Let us know if you're still having issues after that.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 19, 2022 Administrators Posted February 19, 2022 Just as a test, can you make a manual rule for the console: Source 1 - 65535 Destination 1 - 65535 Protocol TCP/UDP then do a speed test on the console and see if the rule lights up please
