Traffic Prioritization

i am currently playing my ps5 and i noticed that the Traffic Prioritization light isn't turning on and nothing is happening. it did work about a week ago and out of no where it has stopped working i don';t know what to do i tried rebooting my router and still nothing. it also does not work on my nintendo switch when i turn it on

what can i do? here are my settings

Hey, welcome to the forum!

What firmware version are you on currently? Double check the IPs on the devices themselves match with the devices you think they are on the Device Manager.

thanks! and i am in version  V2.3.2.130.

and yes they are connected with the same IP and Mac address i checked all the devices i have connected to the routers to make sure it was not that.

  1. Turn off the PS5 if currently powered on or in rest mode
  2. Remove the rule from Traffic Prio
  3. While the PS5 is offline, remove it from Device Manager
  4. Turn on the PS5
  5. Re-add the rule to Traffic Prio with the new PS5 device

Let us know if you're still having issues after that.

Just as a test, can you make a manual rule for the console:

Source 1 - 65535
Destination 1 - 65535
Protocol TCP/UDP

then do a speed test on the console and see if the rule lights up please
