Hey, welcome to the forum!

Where are you measuring the speeds and ping spikes on the R2?

What do you get if you disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control :menu menu?

Connection benchmark. Upload is over 1k ms.

Ive disabled QOS now. Only getting 30mb on my ps5 wired as well.

Was previously on a 350mb package and the R2 handled that fine. Actually had 380mb download on there. Ping was a lot lower as well.

Test over speedtest.net what speeds do you get then?

How do you have the hub setup - modem mode or is the R2 in its DMZ? Are ALL devices connected to the R2 or are some still connected to the hub?

420mb on there.

Hub is setup in modem mode. There's just a PC and ps5 connected to the R2.

Samknows speed test on superhub shows 1145mb.

Take the hub out of modem mode - I find it a bit unstable personally, put the R2 WAN IP (found on the System Information page) in the DMZ instead and then re-test. Also disable the protection options in WAN Settings and that should boost the speeds a little.

Sorry, do you mean put the R2 in the DMZ section of the superhub?

Yes exactly!

Thanks. Tried that and it appears the same. Don't understand what could be wrong. Reviewed full speeds at 350mn on netduma and would get full speeds on devices taking Into account QOS now I'm getting under 10 per cent of the speeds I should on those and less than half on the R2. Only thing that's changed is they sent me a superhub 4 instead of the 3. But again I'm getting 1gb on that or at least veey close to on every speed test.

Can you provide a screenshot of the QoS page just so I can see if anything is amiss please?

What firmware version are you on currently?

As a test if you put the testing PC in the DMZ on the R2 what speeds do you get? Disable the DMZ immediately after you've done the test.

Yup I'll try that.

Ill screenshot the QOS as well. For that should I leave speed at 1gb or use the auto detect feature that says 420mb?

Right, I've disabled QOS and I'm getting full speeds on speed test.net. R2 is still showing as 420mb on connection benchmark however and all my other  devices are getting slower speeds.

By slower I mean they are slower with QoS disabled than they were when QoS was set at 30%.

If speedtest.net shows full speeds that is what you will be getting. How are other devices connected, via WiFi or ethernet?

Ethernet. Funnily enough the ones on WiFi are now getting faster speeds than the ethernet ones.

Nothibg has managed over 100mb yet though whereas they'd all hit 300 just this week on other package. Something is wrong but can't work out what.

To disable it fully you need to click the :menu icon top left of Congestion Control then toggle the option to disable it completely, then see what speeds you get. Never just disable Congestion Control, not the rest of QoS.

Tried that. Thats the results from duma and speedtest.
