davemarsden132
Hi All, Quick one on Port Forwarding - I have my setup as the following ONT >> BT ROUTER >> XR700 >> PC I keep the BT router in play for the wifi and all other connections, the XR700 is soley for my PC. I have 900mbps down and 120mbps up so dont need the QoS. Question is, do I port forward the XR700 with the COD ports on the BT router and also on the XR700 to my PC? Or do I just port forward the BT router and leave UPNP on, on the XR700? Or do I Just port forward the BT router nad leave UPNP off, on the XR700? Or do I leave the ports on the BT router and port forward with UPNP off on the XR700. The XR700 is in my BT routers DMZ.
Netduma Liam
If the XR700 is in the BT DMZ, remove/disable any port forwarding rules you've already entered and that'll work fine. With this configuration, can you confirm if you're having any NAT issues in game?
davemarsden132
When you say Remove/Disable any port forwarding. Does that mean on both the XR700 and the BT Router?
