I currently have the xr1000 I’ve been watching a lot of YouTube videos about pro gaming switch and how it improves your connection. I’m confused tho, the xr routers already have traffic prioritization configuration, so what’s the use of a switch then ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Bert Posted January 27, 2022 Share Posted January 27, 2022 Switch is only used if you need to connect more devices than your router can handle. Don't bother with the gaming switches and just get a normal model if you need one, they are basicly repackaged normal models, slightly more slick GUI but with a hugely inflated price.
