Th3AngryGerman Posted December 30, 2021 Author Posted December 30, 2021 I am on the XR500 running V2.3.2.130 and the loading icon just keeps spinning. I'm not having any other issues with other modules.

Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
Th3AngryGerman Posted January 4, 2022 Author Posted January 4, 2022 It started about a week ago and after looking at the Rapp's in the system settings, it appears that the heatmap isn't enabled and I don't know how to change it.

Have you followed Fraser's suggestion of changing the number of retries, then rebooting? The Rapps are started on boot so I would expect it to start running again after you reboot.
