Ping Heat Map

Sure thing! It's pretty simple really, click the Select Ping Target drop down menu and click on the game you would like to ping. Once you click that you will start to see icons on the map populate and IP addresses with their respective pings appear in the table on the right. The idea of the feature is to find where the lowest ping servers are for the game you want to play, then use that information to adjust your Geo-Filter settings to force those servers.

Thanks for the quick reply! So can I type in that IP address or just try to best estimate where it’s at on the Geo, and put a circle around it? What’s the most accurate option?

You wouldn't be able to type in the IP but if you zoom in on the map where the best servers are (colour more towards the left of the scale) :image.png

then you can set that same location on the Geo-Filter and get that server. For example, if there is a UK server on heatmap showing a low ping, I'd go over to the Geo-Filter and ensure the UK is included in my radius.
