Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 24, 2021 Administrators Share Posted December 24, 2021 Disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu  and make a Traffic Controller rule to allow ALL traffic to the device and see if there is a difference please

Assuming the XR is connected to a modem/router combo then put the XR in AP mode then see if the same issue occurs via ethernet please.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 31, 2021 Administrators Share Posted December 31, 2021 You mentioned you had an Asus, could you firstly do modem > Asus > XR in router mode and see if the issue still happens, if it does can you try AP mode and see if it works then please? Asus is gone now. Tried using a basic 1gbos switch in-between the box and the xr1000.. still same issue. Nothing else on the switch or directly wired to the xr1000 has the disconnect problem. In that configuration, if you put the XR1000 in AP mode are you able to get a connection through the Xbox? This likely depends on the type of switch but if you are, please test the Xbox in this configuration and let us know if the issue persists. You can activate AP mode from the Settings.
