Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 27, 2021 Administrators Share Posted December 27, 2021 What firmware version are you using and did you factory reset after you did the upgrade? If not please do so as it is recommended. Are you forcing the connection to the interface to use HTTPS or HTTP?
Stickuin
Hi Fraser the filmware is XR1000 1.0.0.58_1.0.44 duuma os 3.0.216 i have opened up the geofilter on vivaldi and it has stabilised it a bit, still losses connection every half an hour or so. site address http://routerlogin.net/desktop/index.html#com.netdumasoftware.geofilter kind regards
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 28, 2021 Administrators Share Posted December 28, 2021 You appear to be getting a lot of packet loss, I'm wondering if that could be why you're having the issue, can you replace the ethernet cables connected the XR to ISP router and the cables connecting your devices to the XR please? Also if you have Armor enabled, please disable this as well. Once you've done all that, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then access and see if it works better please.
