What firmware are you on currently? Is it WiFi or wired devices or both? How often does it occur? Does there seem to be any pattern as to when it happens e.g. during high internet usage?

3.0.207, correct?

Are you able to get to the DumaOS interface in your web browser when the disconnection occurs?

Is this occurring on all devices or is it just the PC? If you go into the Network Settings of the R1 and reserve an IP for the PC, does it continue to disconnect?

Go to Settings, set DHCP start to .10, adjust the lease hours to 168, give the PC and iPhone a reserved IP, 192.168.88.5 and 192.168.88.6 respectively, apply then reboot the PC and phone. See if it is more stable after that please.

That's all correct, make sure you apply/save then reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes before connecting and see if it is more stable.
