When I put on the hot map it shows me that my lowest ping is in Los Angeles CA but there it marks 312 pings, and it sends me to Europe with 15 pings, how can I fix that so that it respects my ping

Those servers in Europe look to be mis-located, where abouts are you located physically? That's where the lowest ping servers are going to be for you.

I am from Mexico and my servers are good but it does not connect where I have the lowest latency, is there any way that my server is well established, what could I do

Can you post a screenshot of how you have the Geo-Filter setup? What servers are you trying to get?

I'm exactly from CDMX and the server I'm trying to connect to is Los Angeles in Fortnite

Is there any way to update that server or why is it not looking for me under ping, only connect on San Francisco

Servers are not always available and they may come and go depending on the game population at the time. Turn Ping Assist to 0 then place your radius just covering Los Angeles and it should work better - make sure to do this before you turn on the game.
