Having issues with Discord chat connecting since getting this router"No Route Error"

Does anyone have any ideas?  Google suggests Discord has an issue with changing IP addresses but I locked my PCs IP. 

 

I did notice the last time my PCs IP changed before I locked it that it displays 2 IP addresses now. 192.168.1.7 and 192.168.1.100.  192.168.1.7 is the one I reserved. Could the 2 IP be the issue? How do I get rid of the second one?

Do you have Geo-filter enabled? If so, disable filtering mode and check if you still get this issue.

If that resolves the problem, Geo-filter is mistakenly blocking Discord. Enable filtering mode again and try joining a discord again, while you do this watch the Geo-filter map for a blocked icon to appear. Click on it and manually allow it in the panel beneath the Geo-filter map. That should resolve the issue for you.
