Gritz Posted November 20, 2021 Posted November 20, 2021 I’m unable to access the internet or Wi-Fi. I’ve had the R2 router for at least 6 months. I had this problem in the beginning. I rebooted, unplugged, and nothing worked. When I bypass the router and plug in directly to my pc, I get internet.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 20, 2021 Administrators Posted November 20, 2021 Can you access the interface? If so I would recommend upgrading to the firmware we released yesterday then do a factory reset once complete and see if it is still an issue.
