set up

Hey there, i got the net duma V2. 

Setting up is more difficult then it should be. 

When i type my IP or Dumaos/ into my top search bar all i get is "This site cant be reached"

i cant access anything regarding the WIFI router. would be a nice if it was plug & play. no clue what to do

How are you connected to the router, via WiFi or ethernet? Have you plugged it in according to the quick start guide?

It’s hard wired. 
yes followed all steps up to IP address or dumaos/

ive also held the reset button for 30 seconds 

We’re 2-3 hours in now lol

While connected via ethernet to the router open command prompt on your PC, type ipconfig press enter and post the results here please

Are you definitely connected directly to the R2? Your output would suggest the ethernet cable from your PC actually connects directly to your ISP router/modem.

yes sir, my Ethernet from my pc is connected to my R2

Seems like it is acting like a switch then for some reason. Hold the reset button again for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes and attempt access. If it doesn't work set a static IP on the PC itself that is connected via ethernet to the router using this information and this guide (control panel) https://pureinfotech.com/set-static-ip-address-windows-10/

Gateway 192.168.77.1
DNS 192.168.77.1

then see if you can access using http://192.168.77.1

As in you couldn't set the IP or still didn't have access? We can continue here and we'll get you sorted one way or another
