Wayland3r__
Hi, Netduma randomly disconnected from the Internet and now won't reconnect, tried everything I've read on forums, resetting, power down, different Internet, nothing. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 28, 2021 Administrators Share Posted October 28, 2021 Do you still have access to the interface? Does it show a WAN IP on the System Information page? What is the modem/router the R2 is connected to?

Can't get on to the interface and it's connected to a bt smart hub, it's been fine for about 7 months which is how long I've had it

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 2, 2021 Administrators Share Posted November 2, 2021 No worries, thanks for trying! Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes then check again - then if it's still not working hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then try again

Is it possible it's a faulty router? I've seen a few people have this issue
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 2, 2021 Administrators Share Posted November 2, 2021 Could you unplug the modem from the R2 so just the power and ethernet to PC please and try to access again. If that doesn't work disable the static IP you set and do another ipconfig please.
