tesha Posted October 16, 2021 Share Posted October 16, 2021 I have had this netdumaR2 for almost 6 months and for a $160 it should still be up and running I have no access to Dumaos can't get to setup wizard at all I followed steps on command prompt to try Static IP address that didn't work either the 2.4ghz and 5.4ghz lights I haven't been able to get it to come on in a month now I can't access it at all I need a replacement as it seems that there is a problem with the router itself Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When the issue first occurred was it after upgrading, unplugging, changing settings etc? A factory reset would be the first thing to try, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then try to access. If you hold it for any less than that it will just reboot.
