KDragan Posted September 30, 2021 Posted September 30, 2021 Everytime I boot up DumaOS it shuts everything down and reboots then just sits in a never ending booting loop on DumaOS no matter what I try. I have tried restarting factory reset everything other then just buying a new router

Sorry to hear this, are you able to access the DumaOS interface before it disconnects and reboots? Do you know what firmware version the R2 is currently running?

Do you know what firmware version the R2 is currently running? nope just literally sits there and shows the connecting symbol then just reboots the router and no on the firmware I haven't been able to load into check it in a while

When did this issue first start to occur? every time I try to boot up the interface and it has been happening for a good couple of weeks now just been busy and haven't gotten around to figuring it out
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 3, 2021 Administrators Posted October 3, 2021 When the issue first happened had you changed any settings, did an update, pulled power while it was updating etc? Unplug power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes then try to access and see if it still occurs.

Unplug power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes then try to access and see if it still occurs. sorry for the long absence but no this didn't change any thing every time I boot up DumaOS it just reboots router and then just sits in an infinite loading screen I can access through the app but when it comes to PC it just reboots router and sits an infinite loading loop as for shutting it off on an update not at all un less it was updating when power kicked off

Then refresh the web page and see if it can then load.
