We need to update it so the servers appear, they change it often at the moment which is making it difficult to keep up to date. The update happens automatically, when we push the update it does take a little time to get downloaded to the router so you can check by resyncing the cloud in the Heatmap menu and that will download the latest cloud data and if we updated it then it will start working again, if not try again at a later time.
