Hi Creedd, welcome to the forum!

You can try to do a factory reset and enter the default credentials that R2 uses which are as follows:

User: admin
Password: password

You can do the factory reset by poking a pin into the small rear hole next to the power connector.

Press it for 10-15 seconds, then go to your browser and type in the address bar the following: dumaos/
then press enter and it should load the R2 first configuration page.

I forgot to tell you that after restarting R2 from the factory wait 2 min before trying to access it.

It should speed up again, it's probably just because the browser hasn't got any of that web page cached yet.
