Mike1995 Posted September 22, 2021 Posted September 22, 2021 Currently running 2.1.3.29 my R1 and trying to update to 3.0.207 however i cant get past here. Am I missing something or is there an issue with the hardware? Thanks in advance

Mike1995 Posted September 22, 2021 Author Posted September 22, 2021 well the update worked which is good but now there seems to be an issue with the display, skipping tour/ get started doesn't do anything
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 22, 2021 Administrators Posted September 22, 2021 Okay brilliant, now do a factory reset from the interface, that's recommended after an update and especially with a big jump in firmware like you've done. This prevents old low level code from the previous firmware causing issues. I'm confident the reset will resolve this for you

Reboot doesn't work either aside from physically powering down the device You can reset it by holding the pin on the back of the router for thirty seconds, then allow it a few minutes to reset.
