Mike1995
thanks for the reply i have tried that a couple of times, is it worth trying a factory reset before the update?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 22, 2021 Administrators Share Posted September 22, 2021 Yes my next suggestion would be to do a reset, as fast as you can after its complete try the update
Mike1995
well the update worked which is good but now there seems to be an issue with the display, skipping tour/ get started doesn't do anything
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 22, 2021 Administrators Share Posted September 22, 2021 Okay brilliant, now do a factory reset from the interface, that's recommended after an update and especially with a big jump in firmware like you've done. This prevents old low level code from the previous firmware causing issues. I'm confident the reset will resolve this for you
Mike1995
Any way to do a factory reset other than clicking it in the advanced section as that doesn't seem to do anything. Reboot doesn't work either aside from physically powering down the device

Reboot doesn't work either aside from physically powering down the device You can reset it by holding the pin on the back of the router for thirty seconds, then allow it a few minutes to reset. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 25, 2021 Administrators Share Posted September 25, 2021 What web browser/device are you using to access the interface? Clear the browser cache/cookies then refresh the page and see if it is better.
