Newly replaced NetDuma R2 doesn't work....

Hello again,

  I recently had my original R2 replaced because it wouldn't work and now the replacement one won't power on all of a sudden.  

Please help me resolve this.

You probably used the wrong AC adapter and shorted out the router, I've done it in the past. Just buy the XR1000, all your problems will be solved.😎

I am using the correct AC adapter and am hooked up to a UPS, but the way this is going I'm starting to hope for a refund and get the Netgear version with the Duma OS.

If you disconnect it from the UPS and connect direct to a wall outlet does it power on?

Replugged it in, and so far so good, but it's only been a minute.  I will post to this thead if it fails to stay powered.  Either way, I appreicate the help.
