yes i have enabled tftp and desktop files also when power off the router for 10 sec then press the reset with paper clip my router only does 10 flashes and then i press enter at this point it has a orange solid light

Try downgrading the firmware and then factory reset, if it works then wait for the next update and see if it is better. If it doesn't help then I would recommend you contact the retailer you purchased from/make a ticket with Netgear and request a replacement http://support.netgear.com/
