From here, complete the steps Fuzy suggested above. After installing the new firmware, I'd suggest factory resetting the R2. You can either do this by holding the reset pin on the back of the R2 for thirty seconds, or you can do it from the three-dot menu Fuzy screenshotted above under 'Advanced'.
