NeoReaper82 Posted July 29, 2021 Posted July 29, 2021 Unplugged it for 10 mins and it's still doing it. My ethernet works fine though
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 29, 2021 Administrators Posted July 29, 2021 Does the WiFi appear but won't allow you to connect? If so you may need to use the password conversion method here: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000117883-i-ve-received-the-r2-but-the-wifi-password-doesn-t-work
NeoReaper82 Posted July 29, 2021 Author Posted July 29, 2021 It doesn't show up and the lights on the router(2.4 & 5) are off

NeoReaper82 Posted July 29, 2021 Author Posted July 29, 2021 I cant even get into the routers interface to turn them off. Everything was working fine then out of nowhere wifi went out.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 29, 2021 Administrators Posted July 29, 2021 Open Command Prompt on the PC connected to the R2, then type ipconfig press enter and post the results here please

NeoReaper82 Posted July 29, 2021 Author Posted July 29, 2021 Okay first off my kittens are strait up A-holes as they disabled my wifi. once I it the button on the router to enable it everything came back on. Is there a way to turn off the wps?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 29, 2021 Administrators Posted July 29, 2021 Can you connect to the interface by going to 192.168.1.1 in the web browser? WPS is only triggered when you want it to be, the buttons that turn off the WiFi signal cannot be disabled unfortunately
