cant connect to the interface on R2

Hi, Im sorry if im posting this on the wrong section.

 

I cant seem to connect to my interface, it was working fine but i just cant connect to 192.168.77.1 Im basically stuck in a username password loop.

Ive used edge, chrome, opera and firefox as well as trying other PCs. I also power cycled the R2 two times but still cant connect to the interface,

 

my down/up speed is basically limited at 70% at the moment

 

any advice on how to fix this?

Have you changed the username/password at all and if so, did you do it during the wizard or once on the interface or is it using the default credentials you're not able to get in? 

Regardless the only way to get in is to do a factory reset so you can go through the wizard and set it again

no I havent changed the username/password at all, still using admin/password
