Can anyone give me a quick run down for QOS and traffic prioritization for Warzone on a gaming PC? Any specific traffic source ports to open for a better experience?

There is no need to specifically add ports to Traffic Prioritization as it will be prioritized already but people do experiment with the ports listed for the game which can be found here: https://support.activision.com/articles/ports-used-for-call-of-duty-games
