Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 19, 2021 Administrators Share Posted June 19, 2021 Are you trying to access the interface using HTTPS or HTTP? If HTTPS use HTTP please and see if that resolves the issue.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 19, 2021 Administrators Share Posted June 19, 2021 Okay hold the reset button at the back of the router for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then access again through a PC and see if you can complete the wizard. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 19, 2021 Administrators Share Posted June 19, 2021 What firmware did you upgrade to, how did you do it? You said you tried to update it, what happened exactly? Did the router lose power while updating?
Thorny
No I planned on upgrading the firmware, I was using the XR500 and wanted to try the R2 again, I plugged in the R2 and went to the UI but it was giving me script error on the page where you update the firmware. So I factory reset the R2 and haven't been able to get past please confirm your maximum bandwidth speeds page.
