Hi It’s already on the router and when you setup it should check for the latest firmware.

Yeah the Version Numbers are confusing at first. 

Netgear Firmware Version: 1.0.0.52_1.0.38 = DumaOS 3 but customized for Netgear Devices (Netgear Armor and no Adblocker yet?)

As above, it is already included, you just need to access the router interface to see it. As mentioned, not all features are included on the XR1000.
