anon8992
Hello, Just received my Netduma R2 yesterday, set it up and the geo-filter does not show servers on the map, it is just blank. When I attempt to mark California as my home, and set my radius to 500, I search for games on Warzone and will join a game with just myself then be backed out on a constant loop. I have seen recommendations to reset my cloud sync etc. however nothing has worked yet.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 8, 2021 Administrators Share Posted April 8, 2021 Hey, welcome to the forum! Try this please: Hard turn off the console Remove device from Geo-Filter Re-sync cloud from Geo-Filter Map menu (if you get a too long message, wait 1 minute then refresh the page and it will have applied) Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Setup the Geo-Filter and put Ping Assist to 0 Wait 2 minutes Boot up the game
anon8992
I have tried this and I still have the same issues. It does not allow me to see what servers there are on the geo-filter portion. Edit: Attached an image of what the geo-filter looks like from my screen. I do not see anything that's shown on the legend.
Netduma Liam
You won't see anything in Geo-filter unless you're actively in-game, was that screenshot taken as you were in a lobby/game? Are you playing on console or PC?
anon8992
I had the game loaded up and I am on PC, I was not in a lobby because I can’t find lobbies. I am in PC and tried turning my device to a PlayStation like in other threads.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 9, 2021 Administrators Share Posted April 9, 2021 Double check the IP on the PC itself, does it match with the IP shown in the Device Manager for the device you think it is?
anon8992
Yes, both of the IPv6 addresses are the same.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 10, 2021 Administrators Share Posted April 10, 2021 Are you using HybridVPN by any chance? If so that is why it may not be working.
