Can’t find servers / lobbies

Hello,

Just received my Netduma R2 yesterday, set it up and the geo-filter does not show servers on the map, it is just blank.

When I attempt to mark California as my home, and set my radius to 500, I search for games on Warzone and will join a game with just myself then be backed out on a constant loop.

I have seen recommendations to reset my cloud sync etc. however nothing has worked yet.

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Try this please:

  1. Hard turn off the console
  2. Remove device from Geo-Filter
  3. Re-sync cloud from Geo-Filter Map menu (if you get a too long message, wait 1 minute then refresh the page and it will have applied)
  4. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
  5. Setup the Geo-Filter and put Ping Assist to 0
  6. Wait 2 minutes
  7. Boot up the game

I have tried this and I still have the same issues. It does not allow me to see what servers there are on the geo-filter portion.

Edit: Attached an image of what the geo-filter looks like from my screen. I do not see anything that's shown on the legend.981325009_DumaForums.thumb.PNG.9be5ab1d2ba539477f6118759ac013ec.PNG

I had the game loaded up and I am on PC, I was not in a lobby because I can’t find lobbies.

I am in PC and tried turning my device to a PlayStation like in other threads.

Okay so I've adjusted the steps from my first post please try this:

  1. Quit the game/client completely - including from the System Tray
  2. Remove device from Geo-Filter
  3. Go to the Device Manager and give your PC the PlayStation device type
  4. Re-sync cloud from Geo-Filter Map menu (if you get a too long message, wait 1 minute then refresh the page and it will have applied)
  5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
  6. Setup the Geo-Filter and put Ping Assist to 0
  7. Wait 2 minutes
  8. Boot up the client/game
