Netduma IOS Problems

Hi there,

When accessing netduma on my iPad, whenever I make a change, on the geofilter, I get the warning message pop up about the radius being too small, which is fine, but I can’t close it down as the screen goes dark -

Duma is not fully compatible with running on the mobile browsers, are you able to access it via a Mac or PC?

Have you tried a private browser setting?

if not you could try other browsers to see if you can get round it that way.

We have a DumaOS app that can run on the tablet, search for DumaOS in the app store on your device

Hi Fraser, I tried that but I don’t think it works with an xr300?

Ah my apologies, that's right, it's only for DumaOS 3.0.

You could try Google Chrome or Firefox on the tablet, they are more supported but we haven't optimized for mobile devices - hence developing an app
