its like my netduma doesnt work

my geo filter doesn't actually do anything while in game i still play on my normal servers and  my ping doesn't move which shows it doesn't work

What do you mean exactly, are you getting games within your radius/polygons that you have set?

no im not im playing on my regular servers

like i have the filter on but i still connect to my regular server

What game are you playing? Is you regular server outside of the filter or polygon you selected?

Can you provide a screenshot of the entire Geo-Filter page please where you're getting your regular servers?

Can you show a screenshot when you see your normal servers on the map please, i.e. when you're playing and the Geo-Filter doesn't seem to be adhering to your settings

Did you add that server to your allow list? If so that is why you're getting it more often and it's not adhering as much to your radius

Exactly as you have done with those yes, when a server that you have allowed appears it will look like the previous screenshot with a solid white circle around it, if you ping it you can then match the ID with what is in your list. If it doesn't match then it is one we have whitelisted.
